UTEVO LUX Terms of Service

Last updated April 2, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to UTEVO LUX, including the game, account system, premium features, Lux Coins, and blockchain payment flows. By creating an account, using the service, or paying for Lux Coins, you agree to these terms.

Important: Lux Coins and premium time are digital game benefits. They are not bank deposits, not investment products, not stored-value accounts, and not redeemable for cash unless we explicitly say otherwise in writing.

1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your account credentials, wallet connections, devices, and any activity performed through your account. Do not share access. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for fraud, abuse, sanctions evasion, automated exploitation, security risk, or behavior that harms the service or other players.

2. Game License and Virtual Benefits

UTEVO LUX grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the game and its virtual features. Lux Coins, premium time, characters, cosmetics, progression, and other in-game benefits are service features only. They do not create property rights, custody rights, or redemption rights outside the game.

3. Stablecoin Payments and No Takebacks Clause

Blockchain payments are final. By paying for Lux Coins, you instruct us to credit digital game benefits after our systems verify the transfer and any required wallet-ownership proof. All payments are final, non-refundable, non-reversible, and subject to a strict no takebacks policy to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Wallet and Blockchain Risk

We do not custody your wallet, keys, or funds. Public blockchains, bridges, RPC providers, wallets, and token issuers are third-party systems outside our control. Network congestion, forks, reorgs, outages, contract issues, wallet bugs, token freezes, or third-party service failures can delay or prevent settlement.

5. Fraud, Abuse, and Compliance

We may deny, reverse, freeze, or remove game-side credits obtained through fraud, abuse, exploit use, sanctions violations, stolen wallets, compromised accounts, or any payment or gameplay manipulation that threatens the service. We may cooperate with lawful requests from regulators, law enforcement, courts, or infrastructure partners.

6. Service Changes and Availability

We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of the game, payment routes, Lux pricing, premium perks, supported chains, supported tokens, or technical requirements at any time. We are not liable for downtime, maintenance, incidents, degraded chain infrastructure, or third-party failures.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not:

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developers, operators, contributors, hosting providers, and service providers behind UTEVO LUX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost wallet access, lost tokens, lost premium time, or service interruptions. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to UTEVO LUX for the specific transaction directly giving rise to the claim during the 90 days before the event.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the developers, operators, and service providers behind UTEVO LUX from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and costs arising out of your wallets, payments, content, unlawful conduct, fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product, payment rails, or legal requirements change. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised version.

12. Privacy

Please also review the Privacy Policy, which explains how the service collects, uses, stores, and shares personal and payment-related data.
